pinky ji booking policy

For all bookings we take a pre-authorisation of $40pp to secure the reservation, late cancellations and no shows make it very hard for us to continue to provide the high level of service we strive to achieve, as a result of this we have the following booking policy.

  • We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change in your reservation, If after this time you fail to notify us of any change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge $40 per person that has not attended.

  • Large parties of 6 or more are required to dine on our tasting menu, all dietaries can be accommodated at the time of dining.

  • Reservations of 10pax or less have a maximum seating time of 2 hours, and parties of 10pax or more have a maximum seating time of 2.5hrs.

  • We take online reservations for up to 12 pax.

  • All large party reservation queries for 13 or more and any reservation amendments can be made via email at helloji@pinkyji.com.au

  • There is a 10% sunday surcharge and a 15% public holiday surcharge.

We understand that sometimes things happen and will always be accommodating if we feel that you have done your best to keep us up to date with any changes.
