Reservations
Bookings made through our website or third-party booking platforms are subject to availability and our current booking policy, including any deposit, minimum spend, or cancellation requirements notified to you at the time of booking. Please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel a reservation.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased through our website are subject to the expiry date and conditions stated on the voucher at the time of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Private events
Private event bookings are subject to a separate agreement covering minimum spend, deposit, and cancellation terms, which will be confirmed with you directly by our events team.
